As you know, this year the arrival of Their Majesties from the East has a marked accent flamencoFor this reason, and to collaborate with such a charitable gesture as the distribution of toys to the most disadvantaged children, we organized our Elf Route on December 28th. The funds raised were destined for such a noble cause. (The photos are by our colleague Alberto Moya)
I already mentioned in the previous one that this is a generic route that aims to provide a global view of the city's core. An invitation to listen to the heartbeat of old Xerez and that runs from the Santiago neighborhood to the San Miguel neighborhood through the network of traditional streets full of legends and stories. Hence the name chosen because the spirit of Jerez manifests itself in its cantes, but also in its monuments, in the network of its arteries, in the smell of wine in the corners of time... They are foundations that cannot be separated from each other.
At the end, all participants had a time together at our Espacio headquarters. Expoflamenco on Diego Fernández Herrera street, which served as the final point of our tour. A meeting sealed with the fine and fragrant wines of the land. Given the charitable nature of the route, we thank all the people who made its development possible, with the wish that the Three Wise Men share the illusion with which they come from the Far East. ExpoflamencoWe are already looking forward to organizing another new historical adventure through the streets of Jerez.
