The teacher, Graci del Saz from the Flamenco Orchestra
Graci del Saz (violinist specialized in flamenco and director of the Flamenco Orchestra, the only one of its kind in the world). She completed her higher studies at the CSM Manuel Castillo in 2014. After working in renowned classical orchestras, such as the Youth Orchestra of Andalusia or the Youth Orchestra of the Galician Symphony, she began to specialize in flamenco by the hand of Jorge Pardo, a fundamental figure for the development of instrumental flamenco music. He was a guide and inspiration to undertake the path towards the search for the sound flamenco and towards improvisation and the development of the bars and structures specific to the style.
He subsequently embarked on an ambitious and original project, the creation of the only Flamenco Orchestra in the world. The Flamenco Orchestra is currently the official resident orchestra of the Teatros Flamencos. This year, the orchestra was a semi-finalist in the prestigious Concurso de las Minas. In addition, Graci has taken his orchestra to take part in José Mercé's tour at the Maestranza theatre. The Flamenco Orchestra has also collaborated with artists such as Diana Navarro and María Toledo, among others.
Graci is currently developing her project as an entrepreneur while developing her personal career as a flamenco violinist. Proof of this is that she is the violinist of the great flamenco dancer María Pagés, whom she accompanies on the world's greatest stages.
